Appraised above the purchase value

"ING Bank assigned me this appraiser to appraise the house I wanted to buy. I looked for reviews and the truth is that I was quite worried when I saw that most of them were negative. I went the day they appraised the house and the worker Rodriguez was very kind, and that calmed me down a lot. Days later I received the result, and they appraised it above the purchase value, so everything went great. I wanted to leave this review because I think people only talk when the result is negative, and although this was only my case, it could also be that of more people."
