Information required to validate the report
To start the validation process, you only need two things: your case number and the verification code. Here’s how to find them easily:
- File number: This number is located in the upper right corner of any Appraisal report Appraisal issue. For example: MU – 02467 / 15 – AZ.
- Verification code: You'll find it on the left margin of the report. For example: 2AZMWPO46.
