Quality is a management tool at Tinsa by Accumin and this extends to all processes for the provision of our services.
One of our main objectives is to exceed customer expectations in order to achieve their full satisfaction, assuming that the quality of the products and services we provide are the decisive factor to obtain their loyalty, and therefore, the durability of the company itself.
Adapting to customer needs and the challenges of mercado competition is the basis of our quality concept. Since 1999, Tinsa has been certified for its Quality Management System in accordance with theUNE-EN-ISO 9001 standard, awarded by the Spanish Association for Standardization and Certification(AENOR).
Each year Tinsa by Accumin renews this certificate in accordance with the requirements of the aforementioned standard.
In October 2008, Tinsa by Accumin obtained the Environmental Management System Certification according to the international standard UNE-EN-ISO 14001 at its headquarters in Madrid.
